Facebook… in the days of Myspace; it was new, it was fresh, it was change. I remember getting on Facebook for the first time. I was amazed that only people who I actually knew where on there. Unlike Myspace, there were no Facebook ‘hussies,’ no goofy Spidermen to add you to their collection of 300,000+ friends, and absolutely no glitter or retarded background music. It was a huge leap forward in social networking in my opinion. However, all leaps of innovation are doomed to eventually be surpassed by something better.
I just started using Google+, and I like it. It’s cleaner, more sophisticated, and most importantly… it’s not Facebook. Like most people, I have become bored with Facebook. I’m ready for a change, and I think Google+ has what it takes to put the Book of Faces back on the shelf
Here’s a link to my Google+ profile. If you want to connect, do so. I will befriend anyone, as long as you’re not a stalker who wants to add a piece of my hide your your skin suit.
